Here at Muzicraft we not only have 70 years of experience, we also have certified techs that are never subcontracted. Here is some more info on some of the certifications held by our technicians.

CTS (Certified Technology Specialist): The CTS certification, offered by the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association (AVIXA), is recognized worldwide as the leading credential for AV professionals. It validates the technical knowledge and expertise of AV technicians in various areas, including AV systems installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Having CTS-certified techs on your team ensures that you are working with professionals who have a deep understanding of AV systems and can deliver high-quality installations that meet industry standards. CTS-I (Certified Technology Specialist – Installation): CTS-I is AVIXA’s advanced installation credential, and it can only be earned by technicians who already hold an active CTS. Where CTS covers general AV knowledge, CTS-I goes deeper into the build itself — installing and configuring systems in the field, coordinating and documenting installation work, and handling system testing, client training, and project closeout. AVIXA recommends three to four years of hands-on installation experience before a tech sits the exam. For you, it means the crew physically building your system is certified to the same standard as the people who designed it. To learn more about CTS-I click here.

Q-SYS: Q-SYS is a software-based AV control and processing platform developed by QSC, a leading manufacturer of AV equipment. Q-SYS allows technicians to provide ease of control for users. Q-SYS is so powerful and customizable that it is used by Disney in their theme parks to control their AV systems. These certifications validate the technical expertise of AV technicians in designing, programming, and troubleshooting complex AV systems using the Q-SYS platform. By leveraging our expertise, we can create a system that you easily control with a tap on your screen.

Dante: Dante is a widely used audio-over-IP networking solution that simplifies audio distribution and routing in AV systems. Dante certification, offered by Audinate, the creator of Dante technology, validates the proficiency of AV technicians in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Dante networks. With the growing adoption of Dante in the AV industry, having Dante-certified techs on your team ensures that you can confidently implement and troubleshoot Dante-based AV systems, providing reliable audio networking solutions. Bose Professional: Bose is a well-known name in the audio industry as they provide some of the best sound quality in the business. Bose professional certified techs not only know the components but can confidently design and implement AV systems that leverage the advanced features of the Bose equipment software, providing superior audio performance and user experience to your clients.

NETGEAR AV Certification: Modern AV runs on the network, and a misconfigured switch will take down a video wall just as surely as a failed amplifier. NETGEAR’s AV certification covers the networking half of AV over IP — VLANs, multicast and IGMP, PoE budgeting, AES67 and PTP clocking, bandwidth management, and switch configuration through NETGEAR’s Engage controller. The program runs from small installations up through large, mission-critical infrastructure, and it earns AVIXA renewal units toward our technicians’ other certifications. Having NETGEAR-certified techs means your AV network is designed on purpose, not plugged into whatever switch was already in the rack. To learn more about NETGEAR AV certification click here.

TOA Factory Certified N-8000 Intercom Dealer: The TOA N-8000 is an IP-based intercom and paging platform built for places where communication has to work the first time — schools, hospitals, factories, and correctional facilities. TOA only certifies dealers who complete factory training on both the hardware and the programming software, then pass a written exam plus two live programming exercises, and the certification has to be renewed every two years. Because the N-8000 is configured in software rather than wired point to point, that programming knowledge is the difference between a system that matches how your building actually operates and one that merely powers on.
