The difference
Maintain the system.
Don’t react to it.
Most AV problems announce themselves at the worst possible moment — during an event, a dinner rush, a board meeting. Muzicraft Care is built so that doesn’t happen.
On monitorable systems we watch continuously and resolve most issues remotely before anyone notices. On every system, you get scheduled hands-on attention, seven-day support, and priority response — for one predictable monthly rate instead of surprise repair bills.
Not sure which plan fits your system?
Tell us what you have and where it lives. We’ll walk the system, recommend the right level of coverage, and put a number to it.

Choose your level of coverage
Three plans, built around one question: can your system be monitored remotely, and how much does it ask of us on site?
Support is available seven days a week, 8a–4p PST, with on-site response typically within 24–48 hours. Plans include up to four hours of programming changes per month; additional time is billed at preferred-client rates. Full terms are set out in your agreement.
Care Plus covers routine on-site labor and service. Parts, hardware, major replacements, and work arising from misuse or third-party changes are quoted separately. Care Plus is priced to the size and complexity of your system.

We’d rather call you to say we already fixed it than have you call us after your guests noticed.

What Care covers
Every system we install
Muzicraft Care isn’t limited to one piece of equipment. Whatever we designed and installed, we keep running — starting with the audio systems at the heart of most of our work: amplifiers, speakers, zone controllers, and the racks that tie them together.
The same plan extends across the rest of your building — conference and boardroom AV, digital signage, background music, sound masking, and cameras. One agreement, one number to call, and one team that already knows how it was built.
Not sure what you have? That’s what the walkthrough is for. We’ll inventory the system, tell you what can be monitored remotely, and recommend the level of coverage that fits.
Why Muzicraft
A local partner,
not a ticket queue
Muzicraft has designed and installed audiovisual systems on the Central Coast since 1952. We’re family-run, BBB-rated, and our technicians hold CTS, Dante, Q-SYS, and Bose certifications.
That matters most when something goes wrong. National vendors route you into a queue. We answer the phone, and the person on the other end has probably stood in your building.
Muzicraft Care is the same standard of service we’ve provided for decades — now packaged so you can count on it.
How it works
We walk your system
A technician reviews what you have, how it’s used, and what’s monitorable.
We recommend a plan
On-Site, Remote, or Plus — matched to your system, with the number in writing.
We take it from there
Portal setup, monitoring where available, and your first scheduled visit on the calendar.
Ready to get covered?
Let’s walk your system and find the right level of coverage. No obligation — just a clear picture of what protecting it looks like.
